What are your opening hours?

We're open Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. We're closed weekends.

Do you charge for quotes?

In most situations we do charge a $50 quote fee. Private quotes which require parts we charge a $50 fee to quote. For competitive, 3^rd party or written quotes we also charge a $50 fee. If, however, no parts are required we can price on the spot.

Do you quote off-site?

Unfortunately, no we don't. We need to see the vehicle in person, and we will not quote from photos or over the phone.

Are there any jobs you don't do?

We do not do the following jobs:

• Restoration work
• Repairable write-offs
• Roll guards
• Pit passes

Can you provide a courtesy car?

Yes, we are happy to be able to provide courtesy cars to our customers.
